How do you edit to change the 'Photo Date' tag?
Fix (adjust, change, edit, or add) the 'Photo Date' information tag of a digital photo, picture or photograph
The date and time a digital camera photo was taken, (Date Taken tag) is critical information needed to keep your photo collection organized
chronologically. When the date is wrong, it can make organizing your photo collection very difficult.
PhotoSurfer makes it very easy to correct the problem. You can fix an individual photo or batch edit multiple photos using PhotoSurfer's

You can easily change, adjust or time shift the photo date (date taken) tags:
Year, Month, Day, Hours or Minutes
'Date Taken' tag: also known as: photo date tag, metadata, tag, meta data, EXIF or IPTC tag.

- Select the 'Info' icon in the main toolbar:

- Select the 'Date Selector' icon beside the Date Taken tag:

- Edit the date (see how to use the Date Selector below)
- Select 'Save'

How to - 'add' a 'Photo Date' tag to photo that doesn't have one- Select the thumbnail or photo you wish to fix
- Select the 'Info' icon in the main toolbar:

- Select the 'Date Selector' icon beside the Date Taken tag:

- Edit the date
- Check 'Change to Date Taken' check box:

- Select 'Save'
