1. View your photo in 'Full View'.     (you can select all or a portion of the photo for your image)
2. Click the 'Save to Icon Library' icon in the bottom toolbar.

PhotoSurfer will use the first photo in the album as the default cover. However, setting the most memorable and distinctive album photo as its cover will make it much easier to identify and remember the contents of an album over time.
